Unmatched customer service! Front desk staff were incredibly helpful, greeted me with warmth, and made sure all my needs were met.

Housekeeping fell short, missed cleaning my room which left me without fresh towels not ideal for a nice stay.

The room was spacious and super comfy. Loved how the gym had so many weights for a solid workout! Check-in was a breeze.

My stay at Hampton Inn & Suites Houston East Beltway 8, Tx was delightful! The staff was incredibly warm and welcoming, always eager to assist. The breakfast was exceptional, offering a variety of delicious options. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Y'all, the front desk staff are the best! Super helpful, even kept breakfast open a bit longer for me. The gym was a fantastic surprise too—so many weights! Just wish housekeeping had cleaned our room like we asked. Overall, we had a mighty fine stay!

Clean, spacious rooms with comfortable beds. However, housekeeping missed cleaning our room, which was disappointing.

The smoke detector went off at 2am, but the bed was super comfy.

We enjoyed our stay, especially the time spent at River Terrance Gulf Course. It was a blast playing golf together, making unforgettable memories with my son. The front desk staff were also incredibly accommodating, which made a big difference during our visit.

In my wife’s opinion, the breakfast could use improvement.
